You will develop innovative concepts and approaches, optimize device geometry and process flows, and contribute to new automotive power technology platforms.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration in an international environment, using TCAD simulations and electrical measurements to optimize devices

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in semiconductor technology and power device development.
• Experience with electrical data analysis and a complete technology learning cycle is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop wafer technology and power device concepts for automotive applications.
• Take responsibility for the device throughout a complete development or test-chip learning cycle.
• Define process requirements and electrical test specifications.
