Zusammenfassung

Deutsche Telekom AG’s T-Systems Austria unit seeks a Senior IT Customer Service Manager to lead holistic customer journey management and growth. You will own accounts along onboarding, operation, optimization and expansion, driving customer value and sustainable profit.

You will establish governance with reviews, manage contract development, and ensure delivery quality across teams while traveling to customer locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in IT or economics or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in customer success, IT service management or account management.
• Experience in an IT or cloud environment is preferable.

• You assume corporate responsibility for customer accounts along the entire journey.
• You develop existing customer relationships and identify growth potential.
• You manage the economic development of your accounts with P&L goals in mind.
• You ensure governance formats like service reviews and health checks.
• You manage complex stakeholder structures and coordinate with sales and service delivery.
