The role combines sales drive with deep digital transformation know-how, requiring a customer-first mindset and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work and cross-border collaboration are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, or digital transformation in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into opportunities and solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry.
• Customer-first mindset with sound commercial judgement.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers in Automotive & Manufacturing sectors.
• Understand customers' business challenges, priorities, and transformation ambitions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; navigate complex business and technology challenges.
• Co-create solutions with consulting and solution teams that deliver real business value.
• Connect customer needs with capabilities across Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud and Enterprise Solutions.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Balance customer value with commercial thinking to create sustainable partnerships.
• Represent Tieto Tech Consulting in engagements, events, and networks.
