T-Systems Austria is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive customer delivery services within CMS, ensuring end-to-end quality and profitability. You will coordinate across multiple teams to align with contracts, costs and delivery timelines while driving automation and standardization across the service chain.

The role requires strong enterprise experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, matrix organizations. Fluent German and English are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Senior delivery leadership with enterprise customer accountability.
• Strong ITIL and service management across SLA/OLA, incidents, and changes.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into CMS decisions.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing managers and employees.
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Represent the customer voice in CMS decisions and provide feedback on portfolio changes.
• Govern delivery quality, SLA adherence and risk management end-to-end.
• Align customer expectations with contract commitments and service quality.
• Lead multiple teams for operational performance and people management.
• Own delivery services lifecycle and drive optimization via standardization and automation.
• Manage cost of service, profitability and commercial transparency.
• Ensure time, quality and budget compliance on customer projects.
• Participate in solution delivery sign-off including costing and delivery model.
