Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and works council matters.
• Experience in an industrial or international organization is preferred.
• Advanced capability in HR processes such as performance management and workforce planning.
• Fluency in German and English required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and teams to shape people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Facilitate change initiatives including digital transformation.
• Guide employee lifecycle activities from hiring to offboarding.
