MR MARVIS is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Vienna flagship, full-time (38 hours, including Saturdays). You will represent the brand, coach the team, and drive commercial targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead a growing team, recruit talent, manage daily operations, analyse KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to optimise store performance. The role requires German fluency and good English, plus strong IT and retail software skills.
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager in our MR MARVIS store in Vienna, who is available full-time (38 hours), including Saturdays. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.
Drive overall success for our brand-new Vienna store, holding full accountability for store performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Champion the brand story as a proud ambassador, delivering an exceptional experience to both your team and our customers.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an energetic, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting top talent, conducting interviews, and making strategic hiring decisions.
Oversee daily operations, managing staff scheduling, inventory control, and streamlined operational workflows.
Translate data into strategy by analysing store KPIs and results to implement concrete, actionable performance plans for the team.
Maintain premium visual standards, ensuring immaculate in-store presentation (inside and out) and assisting with the execution of exclusive in-store events.
Collaborate closely with leadership, providing regular performance updates and strategic insights to the Area Manager.
Solid experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable retail leadership position.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive and a passion for people development.
Highly structured approach to balancing active sales floor leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze retail KPIs and execute performance-improving strategies.
Inspiring communicator who can effectively train staff and champion the brand experience.
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Genuine passion for fashion, premium retail, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Strong language skills, featuring excellent command of German and a good command of English.
Tech-savvy and fully proficient with laptops, MS Office, and standard retail software.

The collective‑agreement minimum salary for this position is €2,879 gross per month (KV Handel Angestellte, employment group F, full‑time 38.5 hours/week, paid 14 times per year). Depending on experience and qualifications, we are willing to pay above this minimum (Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung).
