Job summary

MR MARVIS in Vienna is seeking a Style Advisor to welcome customers, provide styling advice, and help create a well-organised shop-floor experience. You will move between customers, offer product guidance, fitting-room support and daily store tasks.

The role requires strong German and English, a passion for fashion, and excellent customer service. Hours can be 20 or 38 per week with weekends availability and a minimum monthly salary of €2,251 gross.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and presentable with strong communication skills.
• Passion for styling and fashion.
• Hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

About the job

What you'll do as Style Advisor

• Welcome customers warmly, engage with them and inform them about our brand and store concept – every customer feels welcome from the moment they step in;
• Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection, and offer inspiring styling advice as a complimentary extra service;
• Run the checkout process: recording item prices and totals, handling cash and cashless payments, issuing receipts;
• Receive, record and tag deliveries, replenish the sales floor and wrap purchases professionally;
• Process online orders and returns according to clear guidelines;
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines precisely and keep the store impeccable inside and out;
• Offer the extra service that makes the difference – pinning trousers for the tailor, offering coffee or refreshments.

What you bring

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded – also patient, flexible and presentable;
• You easily connect with people and the customer is always your number one priority;
• You have a passion for styling and are not afraid to offer alternative products;
• Affinity with fashion and retail, enthusiastic about MR MARVIS – experience in hospitality or retail is a plus;
• Strong communicator who genuinely listens;
• Very good command of German and a good command of English.

  The collective-agreement minimum salary for this position is €2,251 gross per month (KV Handel Angestellte, employment group C, full-time 38.5 hours/week, paid 14 times per year). Depending on experience and qualifications, we pay above this minimum (Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung).
