American Vintage Assistant Store Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our boutique at Landquart Fashion Outlet and actively contribute to the development of our store as Deputy Store Manager, working alongside Marta, our Store Manager, and our team of six.

Working in an outlet means embracing exciting challenges, increasing sales, presenting the collections in the best possible way and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and varied environment.

The position is offered at a workload of 80-90%, corresponding to 35-40 hours per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a personalised customer experience
• Build trusted and lasting customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and analyse key performance indicators
• Implement appropriate measures

2 PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain the cleanliness of the boutique
• Organise deliveries, stock levels and the stockroom
• Support the Store Manager with operational and administrative tasks

3 LEARN, SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND LIVE OUR VALUES

• Train, motivate and develop the team

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of experience in retail and sales.
• Initial experience as a Deputy Store Manager or Team Leader would be an advantage.
• You have a strong affinity for our products.
• You demonstrate charisma and excellent communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills are required.
