From €3,300 (full‑time) with willingness to pay above the standard rate

Your responsibilities

• Deputising for and supporting our head chef (days off, holidays)
• Creative preparation and design of dishes and buffets/menus as part of half‑board
• Keeping a watchful and trained eye on quality and hygiene guidelines
• Professional planning of organisational and work processes
• A knack for preparing seasonal and regional foods
• Passing on knowledge and expertise to the younger generation
• Creative contribution of new recipes and ideas
• Responsible for the proper handling of food and various work materials
