Black Pen Recruitment partners with a leading Software, ICT company to recruit a ServiceNow Specialist fluent in English for Austria. The role is on-site in Vienna, working with the Development team and a major client's IT team to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a related field, 7+ years of IT experience, and at least 3 years in ServiceNow development and architecture, ITSM and ITOM modules, with relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years IT professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITOM).
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Mandatory certifications: CIS, CSA or ITSM Administrator.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.

Role Overview

Our client currently has a vacancy for a ServiceNow Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Austria. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. information science, engineering, etc.) with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture;
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance;
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems;
• Experience with ServiceNow products IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM);
