• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Lead implementations as a lead consultant.
• Experience with Time Management or other SF modules or Smart Recruiters.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and orchestrate services and solutions that improve customer outcomes across projects.
• Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle, planning workshops and leading root cause analyses.
• Drive delivery to go-live and ensure quality, risk management, and measurable impact.
• Advise clients on AI-powered features within SuccessFactors and enable AI-enabled automation.
