Job summary
PALFINGER AG in Bergheim, Austria, invites a Senior In-house Consultant SuccessFactors with a focus on integrations to join our global HR IT team. You will shape the evolution of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring stable operations, architecture design, and strategic data migrations across the organization.
You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, manage external partners, and drive integration initiatives while leveraging your expertise in SAP systems and HR transformation
Qualifications
- 3.5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems.
- SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in large HR-IT transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support.
- Design, configuration and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions.
- Participate in group-wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders and coordinate external implementation partners.
- Analyze technical requirements, evaluate new functionalities, and contribute to HR system architecture design.
