We help clients design HR processes, implement HR systems and support their ongoing operation. As part of the HR Path Group, we combine our specialist expertise with an international network of HR consulting professionals.

YOUR MISSIONS

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our growing team in the DACH region.

• Advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design suitable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and support customers throughout implementation and rollout.
• Support testing, training and ongoing use of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.
• Help operate global HR systems, manage releases and support international rollouts.
• Investigate system issues and propose improvements to HR processes and applications.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field or a relevant vocational qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional and project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience working with HR organization.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
• Very good written and spoken English and German.
• Analytical thinking, an understanding of processes across applications, IT affinity and strong commitment.
• A willingness to develop your skills, learn new topics and travel for national and international projects.
