You will design, configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (PA, PY, PT, Employee Central) across global projects, mentor junior staff and support pre-sales with technical expertise and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation experience (PA, PY, PT).
• Strong analytical thinking, abstraction and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, service orientation and stakeholder management.
• Business fluent English.

• Plan, design and implement SAP SuccessFactors HR processes and workflows.
• Act as a trusted contact for customers on SAP SuccessFactors tasks.
