A multinational chemical company in Vienna is seeking a Business Development professional to manage relationships with local and multinational manufacturers in various sectors. You will drive business development through market research and collaboration with internal teams. Successful candidates will have experience with volatile chemical raw materials, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Formación

• Experience in business with volatile chemical raw materials or specialties for industrial customers is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish trustful relations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and understanding of figures and statistics.
• Flexibility in handling diverse challenges.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Research market trends and develop new customer relationships.
• Cooperate and guide internal partners in Product Management and Inside Sales.
• Keep internal reports up to date.

Conocimientos

Experience in business with volatile chemical raw materials

Sales-personality for negotiations

Ability to learn and use CRM systems

Flexibility and organizational skills

Hands-on personality and willingness to travel

Fluent in English and local language
