Job summary

ProChema, a privately owned group, is expanding across Europe and Asia. We seek an international sales professional in Vienna to manage key accounts and develop new customer relationships with manufacturers in adhesives, coatings, and related sectors.

You will discuss market and supply dynamics, negotiate effectively, and travel about half the time to service regions. Fluent English and local language are essential, along with experience in chemical materials and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience selling volatile chemical raw materials to industrial customers.
• Sales personality with negotiation skills and trust-building ability.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and multinational manufacturers.
• Communicate market and supply conditions of raw materials.
• Travel approximately 50% to cover geographic regions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and New Products Team.
