Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of the Enterprise Risk Suite across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will open strategic opportunities, manage senior relationships and lead full-cycle, consultative sales in a hybrid, cross-border setting.

You'll engage CROs, CFOs and technology leaders to position FIS as a long-term risk transformation partner, delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth through strategic territory planning.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software sales experience within enterprise risk and financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial risk, modelling and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience selling to banks and other regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to lead long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Open strategic opportunities and build senior client relationships in DACH.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery to signature.
• Position FIS as a long-term risk transformation partner.
• Drive revenue growth through territory planning and account expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery teams on scope and execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Represent FIS at risk summits and client briefings.
