Zusammenfassung

Cohesity Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and grow a team delivering Cohesity solutions across Data Protection, Analytics, Storage, Virtualization, Database, and Cloud for large enterprise accounts in the Ohio Valley and Midwest territory.

You will mentor engineers, drive complex deals, and articulate Cohesity technology to customers and partners while coordinating cross‑functional efforts to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience selling Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
• Comfort in working with multiple decision‑makers to drive proposals.
• Excellent presentation skills, both technical and business, to small and large groups.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent track record of building strong relationships internally and working cross‑organizationally.
• Self‑motivated and a self‑starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
• Willingness to travel within the prescribed territory as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers in the Ohio Valley and Midwest territory, assisting with complex customer opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical expertise and customer knowledge.
• Provide expert sales and technical assistance by articulating Cohesity technology to the SE team and customers.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into existing production environments.
• Respond to customer and partner requests with timely, accurate information and proposals.
• Drive the secondary storage technology strategy for major customers and partners.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals to communicate Cohesity's vision.
• Guide the team in implementing proofs of concepts to show value of Cohesity technology.
• Collaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and contribute to product development.
• Provide project management and post‑sales technical support if needed.
