Tricentis is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect / Sales Engineer who sits at the heart of the sales organization, owning the technical win. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify and advance enterprise opportunities, bridging customer requirements with the Tricentis platform.

You will lead discovery, architecture, and executive engagements across German enterprise accounts, delivering demos across QA domains and driving strategic technical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Business fluency in German and English is essential for engagement with enterprise customers.
• 8+ years of experience in Presales Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing roles.
• SAP or ERP knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI technologies and understanding their impact for customers.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery sessions to surface customer pain and map it to Tricentis value.
• Deliver platform demonstrations across Test Automation, Test Management, Performance Testing, Change Intelligence, Data Integrity, and AI.
• Own the technical win across the sales cycle including RFIs/RFPs and architecture discussions.
• Build trusted relationships with technical decision-makers and influencers in enterprise accounts.
• Develop per-account adoption strategies with the Account Executive and present to executives.
• Support business case development and ROI models to accelerate closure.
• Advocate for Tricentis QA methodologies and best practices as a trusted advisor.
• Share field learnings with the wider pre-sales community.
• Stay updated on products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
