Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Experience in account management or customer success.

• Increase the lifetime value of the customer through advocacy and product feedback.
• Improve adoption, satisfaction, and health scores.
• Manage key operational metrics: renewal likelihood, net retention, and usage.
• Lead premier and programmatic customer success practices to accelerate value.
• Collaborate with Account Teams to identify upsell opportunities and mitigate renewal risks.
