Qualifikationen

• Master/PhD in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2+ years of technical working experience in semiconductor industry.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and power devices, ideally for high voltage devices (SiC MOSFETs, diodes, IGBTs).
• Knowledge in package development as well as FE/BE interaction (as an advantage).
• An innovative mindset and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders to find the optimal technical solution.
• Good programming and data analysis skills (preferably python).
• Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for the development of power semiconductor products for high voltage E-mobility applications.
• Design discrete and bare products like SiC MOSFETs electrically, mechanically and thermally.
• Contribute to the definition of our new products through requirement gathering and specification tailoring.
• Define characterization plans and derive inputs for the product datasheet.
• Participate and drive risk assessments and FMEAs.
