Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Product Development Engineer in Austria to shape the future of power semiconductor products for high voltage e-mobility. You will work on SiC MOSFETs and diodes, translating requirements into robust specifications and driving characterization and reliability plans.

The role requires Master/PhD in physics or electrical engineering, 2+ years in semiconductors, and strong English skills (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

Master/PhD in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
2+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and power devices, high voltage devices.
Knowledge in package development and FE/BE interaction (advantage).
Innovative mindset and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Good programming and data analysis skills (Python).
Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

Develop power semiconductor products for high voltage E-mobility.
Electrically, mechanically and thermally design SiC MOSFETs and diodes.
Contribute to product definitions via requirements and specifications.
Define characterization plans and inputs for the datasheet.
Lead risk assessments and FMEAs.
