You will design SiC MOSFETs and bare/discrete devices, define product requirements, and shape datasheets, while coordinating with diverse stakeholders and driving risk assessments and FMEAs.

Qualifikationen

• Master/PhD in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2+ years of technical working experience in semiconductor industry.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and power devices, ideally for high voltage devices (SiC MOSFETs, diodes, IGBTs).
• Knowledge in package development as well as FE/BE interaction (as an advantage).
• An innovative mindset and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders to find the optimal technical solution.
• Good programming and data analysis skills (preferably python).
• Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
