Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Finance/Controlling/Planning in an international org.
- Fluent in English; German or CE language a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Autonomous working within defined scope.
- Team player with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Experience with financial data modelling and dashboarding.
- P&C Actuary background is advantageous.
- Familiar with AI tools like Claude and MS Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Performance steering for P&C with regional OE focus.
- Contribute to regular closing processes with focus on P&C.
- Lead regional performance reviews across 11 operating entities.
- Steer regional strategic and planning dialogues.
- Identify value creation opportunities across the region.
- Develop executive insights and present to Regional CFO and senior leaders.
- Drive automation and digital transformation in performance management.
