A senior finance professional is sought to join our Division Controlling team in Vienna. You will drive planning, forecasting and long-term budgeting, and lead high-quality divisional reporting with clear governance across regions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, analyse P&L and cash flow, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the CFO and AGRANA Fruit Board. A drive for automation and improvement will be highly valued.

Formación

• Several years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow impact.
• Excellent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles with governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting, KPI dashboards and executive commentary.
• Act as trusted business partner to CFO and senior stakeholders across regions.
• Translate insights into concise messages, options and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Evolve reporting structures, front-end tools, and automate processes where possible.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and cross-functional/division-wide projects.
