AGRANA Fruit in Vienna is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Division Controlling team. You will partner with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to steer recurring performance cycles and division-wide priorities.

You will lead planning, forecasting, management reporting and ad hoc analyses, driving automation and scalable reporting. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling or FP&A.
• Strong financial judgement and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers across functions and geographies.
• Proficiency with SAP and reporting/analysis tools; interest in automation.
• Ownership mindset; reliable, proactive, and able to manage priorities.
• Collaborative leadership and ability to guide junior colleagues.
• University degree in business administration/finance; excellent English; German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles for the division with governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting, KPI dashboards and executive-ready commentary.
• Act as trusted business partner by analysing P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow developments.
• Translate insights into action for the CFO and AGRANA Fruit Board.
• Continuously improve reporting structures, front-end tools and automate where possible.
• Strengthen governance and knowledge sharing within the Division Controlling team.
• Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.
