ENPULSION is seeking a Controller (f/m/x) to join our Finance team in Vienna. You will be a strategic partner to management and operations, owning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while driving improvements through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with production, engineering and leadership to shape planning, measurement and steering of financial performance, with a hands-on approach and a passion for optimization and digital processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a controlling role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Academic degree in Business Administration, preferably Controlling or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain, develop, and optimize internal and external financial reporting.
• Drive internal improvement projects focused on data quality and process efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional, company-wide projects.
• Analyze value flow across engineering and manufacturing and provide optimization insights.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and complex data queries for decision-making.
