ENPULSION is seeking a Controller (f/m/x) to join our Finance team in Vienna. You will own budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, and partner with production, engineering and leadership to steer performance.

Ideal candidates have an academic degree in Business Administration, 3+ years in controlling, ERP/BMD and BI experience, and a knack for data quality and process improvements in manufacturing. The role is based at VIE Airport City with international colleagues and opportunities for

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Business Administration, preferably with Controlling or Accounting focus.
• 3+ years of experience in a controlling role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (experience with BMD is a plus) and BI tools.
• Solid understanding of commercial and production-related processes.
• High analytical capability with a strong affinity for numbers and digital processes.
• Structured thinker who enjoys optimization, innovation, and working with complexity.
• Commitment, precision, and conscientiousness in delivering results.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Project management experience and the ability to drive improvements end-to-end.
• Proven ability to establish scalable processes, implement systems, and drive continuous improvement in a growing organization is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain, develop, and optimize internal and external financial reporting.
• Drive internal improvement projects, with a strong focus on information structures, data quality, and process efficiency.
• Actively participate in cross-functional, company-wide projects.
• Analyze the value flow across engineering and manufacturing and provide optimization insights to management.
• Support the team with ad-hoc analyses, including complex data queries and deep-dive evaluations.
• Serve as a trusted sparring partner by providing expert input on controlling and financial matters.
