You’ll take ownership of the commercial relationship with a leading Teamsport corporate project within the world of Red Bull, managing all sales-related and cross‑functional topics. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary commercial contact for the Club across merchandising, coordinating and developing sales through retail, e‑commerce, event sales, and other distribution channels. You’ll lead regular business reviews, provide sales performance updates and forecasts, and develop recommendations to support commercial growth. In close collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and other key stakeholders, you’ll manage forecasting and stock planning activities to ensure optimized inventory levels and timely product availability for launches and promotions. By monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll help maximize revenue and profitability while acting as the key link between the Club and internal functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.
You’ll be entrusted with the day‑to‑day management of international key accounts, with a clear focus on driving growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will range from managing pre‑orders and in‑season reorders to preparing and maintaining order sheets, detailed price offers, and collection presentations for the projects within your responsibility. You’ll also ensure seamless communication and coordination between customers, Football Clubs, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the Regional Retail Manager, you’ll help ensure the consistent execution of commercial strategies and operational priorities across the retail channel. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial EWE, you’ll support retail sales planning, promotional activities, assortment optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. You’ll track and communicate key channel KPIs, provide recommendations to drive sales growth and operational efficiency, coordinate regular planning meetings, and proactively resolve day‑to‑day commercial and operational topics with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
You’ll oversee and further develop the Marketplace business in collaboration with the appointed Sales Agency and the Global Head of Digital. This includes defining channel objectives, growth plans, and performance expectations, as well as developing assortments in alignment with the relevant project owners. You’ll monitor marketplace performance across sales, profitability, and product availability, while working closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability to support the continued growth of the channel.
By turning data into actionable insights, you’ll help identify and implement sustainable long‑term sales drivers. You’ll contribute to the business planning process and take responsibility for forecasting, analyzing, and monitoring annual stock levels across the projects, customers, and sales channels within your scope. Through structured performance monitoring and forward‑looking planning, you’ll support informed decision‑making and the achievement of commercial targets.
