At Red Bull Pro Cycling, we challenge conventions, push the boundaries of professional cycling and grow the sport beyond its traditional audiences. As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partners, turning sponsorships into impactful, mutually valuable platforms for fans, athletes, brands and the wider cycling community.
You’ll act as a strategic business partner to your accounts, translating their marketing objectives into compelling stories, innovative activations and integrated programmes.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners and serve as their primary day-to-day contact. By building trusted relationships across partner organizations, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers, you’ll develop a deep understanding of their businesses, brands, audiences and marketing objectives. You’ll translate contractual rights into meaningful partnership programmes, while identifying opportunities for additional value, upselling, retention and renewal.
You’ll turn our vision, “We Make Cycling Bigger”, into compelling opportunities for partners. Working beyond traditional sponsorship assets, you’ll develop integrated activation plans across content, digital, social media, experiences, hospitality, events, athlete access and brand campaigns. You’ll connect partner objectives with key moments across the cycling calendar and the wider Red Bull Pro Cycling ecosystem.
Together with partners and internal stakeholders, you’ll define clear objectives and KPIs for partnership activities. You’ll use data, insights and learnings to evaluate performance, improve activations and create meaningful partnership reviews and reports. You’ll also develop case studies and identify best practices that can strengthen the wider partnership portfolio.
You’ll lead partnership projects from briefing and planning through execution and post-project evaluation. Working closely with Marketing, Content, Social Media, Communications, Events, Hospitality, Sports, Operations and global Red Bull entities, you’ll coordinate delivery and create transparency around partner activities. You’ll act as the internal voice of your partners while protecting the strategic priorities of Red Bull Pro Cycling.
You’ll support the Head of Partnerships and the wider Commercial Team in evolving our partnership strategy, proposition and ways of working. You’ll contribute market intelligence, collaborate with Partnership Sales on new-business opportunities, manage agreed activation budgets and identify opportunities for partners to collaborate within a powerful and progressive brand network around the team.
You’ll represent Red Bull Pro Cycling at partner meetings, races, events and industry occasions internationally. As an active member of the Commercial Team, you’ll contribute ideas, share best practices and help build an ambitious, collaborative and high-performing team.
