Your Tasks

• 1st-level support for our clients — hands‑on practice from day one
• Assisting with Windows client/server and Microsoft 365 administration
• Support with networking topics (firewall, Wi‑Fi, switching)
• Maintenance and documentation of IT infrastructure

Your Profile

• IT education (HTL, apprenticeship, university of applied sciences) or career changer with genuine enthusiasm for IT
• Some basic knowledge — we'll build the rest together
• More important than finished skills: curiosity and the drive to keep moving
• Team spirit, customer orientation; driver's license B preferred
