Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead footprint initiatives across multiple sites and countries. You will own strategy, scope, schedule, and budget to deliver complex projects from concept to completion.

In a matrix environment, you will coordinate Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing and Finance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Engineer with university degree or equivalent and 5+ years in Project Management.
• PMI certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead in a matrix, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over footprint projects and manage the technical domain from idea to final status.
• Manage a portfolio of medium to high complexity initiatives across production sites and countries.
• Align with PMO KPI's and contribute to strategy execution.
• Work cross-functionally, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement.
• Control project risk, compliance, and enterprise governance.
