Zusammenfassung

TTTech Group in Vienna is seeking a Project Manager to own development projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and quality targets with international partners and suppliers.

You will translate complex technical requirements into clear project strategies and execution plans, supported by experienced experts, and drive proactive risk management and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in project coordination or management within development projects (off-highway, automotive, embedded systems, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of project planning, risk and stakeholder management.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Aufgaben

• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost within development projects.
• Drive comprehensive project planning, setup, tracking, and steering.
• Develop work breakdown structures, effort estimations, and resource plans with technical leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with international partners and suppliers.
• Translate technical challenges into structured execution plans and decisions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
