LEMO Group is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to lead strategic development from concept through launch in a Swiss setting. You will manage cross-functional teams across technical, industrial, and commercial areas, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and risk control.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering (microtechnology, mechanical, materials or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong decision-making, prioritisation and risk management skills.
• Experience with Clarizen and AdaptiveWork.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IEC 60601.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic new product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: scope, objectives, planning, resources, stakeholders, progress tracking.
• Align technical, industrial and commercial stakeholders around a shared vision and priorities.
• Drive design, validation, industrialisation and launch with focus on quality, cost, timeliness, and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across subsidiaries and functions.
• Ensure compliance with product and quality requirements; define tests and validation plans with lab and Quality.
• Provide clear reporting to management per stage-gate process.
• Contribute to prioritisation and management of the global product development portfolio.
• Support continuous improvement of PM practices, tools and methodologies within the PMO.
