Job summary

CLC Consulting is supporting a fast-growing energy infrastructure scale-up in Vienna. The Senior Operations & Construction Manager will own end-to-end delivery across construction, commissioning and operations, coordinating with EPCs, suppliers and site teams while driving O&M processes and asset performance.

The role requires 5–10+ years hands-on experience in complex assets, an engineering background, and strong leadership with fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery, construction, commissioning and/or operations of complex assets.
• Engineering background or strong practical technical understanding.
• Fluent German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of project delivery, construction and commissioning of complex technical assets.
• Working closely with EPC contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure on-time, safe delivery and quality.
• Supporting transition from construction into operations and maintenance.
• Managing and developing O&M processes, standards and asset performance.
• Building relationships with contractors and external technical partners.
• Identifying issues, prioritizing & finding practical on-the-ground solutions.
• Contributing to processes and structures as the company and asset portfolio grow.
• Working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on mindset.
