CLC Consulting in Vienna seeks a senior HSE leader to build and implement the corporate HSE framework for upcoming energy infrastructure projects. You will shape standards, policies, and procedures and drive compliance across sites, contractors, and operations.

You will partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment with Austrian legislation, lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor site safety teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a senior HSE role, preferably in energy/infrastructure.

• Maintain the corporate HSE policy and ensure implementation across all sites.
• Ensure HSE standards align with Austrian legislation and best practices.
• Advise HSE committees and site-level safety bodies.
• Champion a proactive safety culture across construction, operations, and corporate locations.
• Promote HSE awareness among employees, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain an effective HSE audit and assurance process.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance, incidents, and improvements to management.
• Liaise with external HSE bodies, authorities, and regulators.
• Provide expert guidance on incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
