Job summary

EEMCO GmbH in Ranshofen, Austria, seeks a Senior Facility Engineer for Utilities & Infrastructure to own and advance all site utility systems, including cooling water, HVAC, process gas, and energy supply. This role acts as the primary technical contact for reliability, performance, and modernization initiatives.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process/mechanical/electrical engineering, with several years of industrial experience and strong German language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple utility areas.
• Experience in planning, design, and optimization of technical infrastructure systems.
• Knowledge of project management is a plus.
• Very good command of German.
• Willingness to work shifts and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Overall technical responsibility (cooling water, ventilation systems, process gas and energy supply).
• Ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of all utility systems.
• Developing and implementing long-term infrastructure strategies.
• Defining technical standards and best practices.
