Exyte in Vienna is seeking a senior Project Director to drive EHS, schedule, quality, financials and construction on large EPC data center programs. You will be the top escalation point, build client partnerships, ensure stakeholder alignment, and champion corporate standards with a strong on-site presence.

You will lead project strategy, manage risks, report status to management, stay on site, and ensure procedures are followed across PM, engineering, design, commercial and site management

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large EPC data center projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in German and English.
• Proven ability to manage EHS, schedule, quality, and financial performance.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for overall Project performance including EHS, schedule, quality, financials and construction for large EPC projects.
• Serve as top escalation point to client, contractor and project team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and align stakeholders.
• Report project status to company management per procedures.
• Stay on site and participate in client management reporting meetings.
• Monitor risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Ensure corporate procedures and guidelines are followed across disciplines.
• Define project strategies to achieve goals externally and internally.
