ServiceNow is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Digital Enterprise Sales Associates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coach, manage, and align with Enterprise Field Leaders to drive pipeline and close deals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as Inside Sales Manager or 3+ years in software sales as IC.
• Solid understanding of sales process from lead to close.
• Experience coaching reps and improving customer experience.

Aufgaben

• Motivate, coach, and manage a team of quota carrying Digital Enterprise Sales Associates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Field Reps/Leaders.
• Lead coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
• Co-sell with team on customer and prospect calls to close deals.
• Set and track sales targets and KPIs for the team.
