Wolt in Vienna is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition to lead intraday activation and courier acquisition across Central markets. You will own two critical KPIs, manage a multi-million euro budget, and partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale activation efforts.

You will mentor a small team, translate data into fast, defensible calls, and drive proactive mobilizer strategies ahead of demand spikes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets.
• Strong ownership of hard KPIs (UH% and GOV loss).
• Experience leading a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership across activation and acquisition levers.

Responsabilités

• Own Central's intraday activation strategy: activation surges, events, and day-to-day operations to match courier supply to demand hour by hour.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and manage a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
• Own Central's courier acquisition: job boards, attribution campaigns and sign-ups.
• Own and report on UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective actions with senior leadership.
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and events ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events).
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build scalable tools and processes.
• Serve as primary contact for top management on Central's supply health.
