SQUER in Vienna is seeking a Senior AI Solution Consultant to bridge business problems and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll structure messy client asks, decide what to solve first, and shape compliant, usable AI solutions without writing production code.

Lead with governance, define what AI should do, and prove outcomes. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and compliance, and enable clients with reusable AI artefacts and templates.

Qualifikationen

• Several years in consulting, product or transformation roles, ideally in regulated industries, with a track record of driving decisions.
• Clear-eyed on where LLMs fit and where they do not, including failure modes and how to prove output correctness.
• You work with your own workflows, agents and skills and stay critical of what comes back.
• Fluent communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own use cases from problem to decision with explicit business value and trade-offs.
• Frame problems, compare competing asks, and surface reasoning.
• Align stakeholders behind a single decision and governance approach.
• Define AI boundaries, what it should do, and how to measure results.
• Capture what and why for engineers and AI agents to build the how.
• Design and run formats with senior stakeholders for alignment.
• Prototype artefacts using today's AI tooling for rapid feedback.
• Create enablement formats and reusable AI artefacts for client teams.
• Bring governance considerations (classification, controls, cost) early.
• Turn learnings into templates and playbooks for repeat delivery.
