Zusammenfassung

Join SQUER in Vienna as Lead AI Engineer to independently lead your team and deliver AI-enhanced software solutions for clients. You’ll guide AI adoption, collaborate with agile teams, and share expertise as a coach while shaping SQUER's engineering practices.

You’ll work with frontend and backend frameworks, cloud-native tools, and AI-powered workflows, supported by a generous annual training budget and flexible hybrid work arrangements. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development and completed a relevant university program.
• Experience with Angular/React/Vue.js and backend frameworks Spring Boot, Express, .NET Core.
• Strong cloud-native development and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues and partners.

• Lead the AI-enhanced development process and guide clients in AI adoption.
• Develop and deliver software solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Work within agile teams on diverse customer projects.
• Share knowledge as sparring partner and coach to colleagues.
