SQUER Solutions GmbH in Vienna is seeking an AI Coding Architect to plan and coordinate the development of new digital initiatives for clients and lead architecture design and state-of-the-art software systems.

You will guide client AI adoption, shape transformation roadmaps, support multiple teams in frontend and backend development, and promote AI usage across the SDLC while sharing knowledge as a sparring partner and coach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in software architecture and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on programming in one or more of Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Go.
• Proficient in guiding teams in AI adoption and using AI-powered tools.
