SQUER Solutions GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to independently lead the team, drive AI adoption, and deliver software solutions for clients. You will guide the entire AI-enabled development process in agile settings and mentor colleagues.

The role offers a hybrid work model, a €5,000 annual training budget, access to Leadership Academy, and a compensation package within €75,000–€95,000 gross per year, depending on seniority.

Qualifikationen

• Profound knowledge of frontend and backend development and a relevant university program.
• Active use of AI-powered tools to increase productivity.
• Experience with Angular, React or Vue.js and backend frameworks (.NET Core, Express).
• Proficiency in C# or F#, plus JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization.
• Commitment to advancing AI adoption across the SDLC and sharing knowledge.

• Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain and improve software solutions with the team.
• Drive client projects and shape SQUER with your knowledge.
