SQUER Solutions GmbH in Vienna seeks a Principal AI Engineer to plan and coordinate AI-enhanced development for client initiatives, and to lead architecture design and modern software systems.

You will drive AI adoption across squads, translate visions into concrete transformation roadmaps, and support multiple teams in frontend and backend challenges.

The role includes hybrid work, a €95,000–€105,000 gross annual salary, and a generous training budget plus perks to empower continuous growth.

Qualifikationen

Experience in software architecture and cloud-native development.
Proficient in Docker or Kubernetes.
Frontend and backend development knowledge.

Aufgaben

Plan and coordinate AI-enhanced development for digital initiatives.
Lead client AI adoption and translate visions into concrete roadmaps.
Support multiple teams solving frontend and backend challenges.
Introduce or improve AI usage in the SDLC across engineering teams.
Communicate openly and be a team player.
Share knowledge as sparring partner and coach in interdisciplinary teams.
Actively participate in SCRUM teams and promote SQUER culture.
