SQUER is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to plan and coordinate AI-enhanced development of digital initiatives for clients in Austria and beyond. You will lead architecture design and build state-of-the-art software systems, guiding teams in AI adoption and delivering robust solutions.

You will shape AI-driven SDLC implementations, work within agile SCRUM settings, and communicate openly as a team player and sparring partner, helping peers grow and improve.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AI-powered tools and guiding teams in AI adoption.
• Hands-on software architecture in cloud-native environments.
• Competitive knowledge of frontend and backend development trends.
