Qualifikationen

• Extensive software engineering experience in modern languages (Python, Java, C#, JS/TS).
• Independent experience applying AI services in production (LLMs, NLP APIs).
• Experience deploying AI-driven features at production scale on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Strong understanding of data processing, APIs, and databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Proven ability to coach and develop engineers and own delivery quality.
• Comfortable representing SQUER to customers with professionalism.
• Fluency in German and English.
