SQUER Solutions GmbH is seeking a Lead Advisor – Strategic AI Transformation to guide clients in making their organisations AI-native. You will partner with CIOs, CDOs, and board members to redesign structures and drive durable transformation, not just AI experiments.

The role requires fluency in German and English and a track record of shaping strategic opportunities within client relationships. Responsibilities include assessing AI readiness, designing AI-native operating models, and leading

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in strategic consulting or transformation roles with direct exposure to C-level stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, with strong written and spoken communication in both languages
• Comfortable in technical conversations about software delivery, CI/CD, and AI-enabled architectures
• Knowledge of AI governance, EU AI Act, risk assessment, and ethics for AI deployment
• Experience shaping opportunities within client relationships and driving them independently

Aufgaben

• Assess clients' AI readiness and translate into a concrete transformation roadmap
• Design AI-native operating models and evolving team structures and value streams
• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption programs including governance and enablement
• Drive change enablement through narratives, leadership coaching, and stakeholder communication
• Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders and align AI initiatives with business goals
• Shape AI governance frameworks compliant with EU AI Act and ethics guidelines
• Identify new transformation opportunities in ongoing engagements and contribute to SQUER's advisory offering
