SQUER Solutions GmbH seeks a Distinguished Engineer, AI-Native Engineering, to lead the technical direction for AI-native delivery. You will design reference architectures, build pipelines and tooling, and engage executive stakeholders at strategic accounts.

You will also advance SQUER's internal AI fluency through learning paths, dogfooding, and scalable engineering practices across a large team in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Deep hands-on practice with agentic engineering and orchestration.
• Experience taking AI-assisted delivery from experiment to daily use in a real organisation.
• Genuine architecture depth beyond AI: distributed systems and platform engineering.
• Ability to discuss strategy with CIOs and pair with engineers.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for AI-native delivery, including reference architectures and guardrails.
• Prototype pipelines, agents, and internal tooling for client demand two years out.
• Represent SQUER in CTO conversations, conferences, and advisory roles.
• Drive AI enablement, learning paths, and internal dogfooding for engineers.
