Zusammenfassung

SQUER in Austria seeks a Distinguished Engineer, AI-Native Engineering, to set the technical direction for AI-native delivery and lead high-stakes discussions with CTOs and enterprise architects. You prototype pipelines and internal tooling while shaping governance for AI-powered platforms.

You will represent SQUER at conferences and client meetings, coach teams, and drive enablement across hundreds of engineers.

Qualifikationen

• Deep hands-on practice with agentic engineering and evaluating frameworks.
• Experience delivering AI-assisted delivery in a real organisation with constraints.
• Genuine architecture depth beyond AI: distributed systems & CI/CD.
• Ability to discuss strategy with CIOs and pair with engineers.
• Public track record: talks, writings, open source, community work.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction for AI-native delivery and reference architectures.
• Prototype pipelines, agents, and internal tooling for future client needs.
• Act as technical counterpart to CTOs and principal engineers, defending positions with evidence.
• Drive SQUER's own AI enablement: learning paths and internal practices.
• Represent SQUER at keynotes, publications, pitches, and RFPs.
• Grow Leads and Principals through coaching and pairing.
